Pump

BodyPump. A group class, music. Individual training levels and programs. No difficult choreography. Using free weights, step blocks and other training helps. Training your total body in moderate strength. Helping the body getting firm, in shape and toned. A good class for the men.

   
S & T

Step and Tone. A group class, music. Partly individual training levels. Intermediate levels of choreography. Using step blocks, small dumbbells, elastics and floor exercises. Training your endurance capacity and firming / shaping your body.

   
BS

Body Shape. A group class, music. Individual training levels. No choreography. Combining floor- and standing exercises with training materials. Training the tonus and shape of the muscles in the deeper regions of the body.

   
TBC

Total Body Conditioning. A combination of Step & Tone and Body Shape.

   
ABT Abs Buns and Thighs. Like the name says training the endurance, strength and speed of the abdominal, legs, hips and behinds. Music, without difficult choreography.
   
P&S Pilates and Stretch. The old sir Pilates invented low intensity muscle training. Using specific exercises for the improving the strength of the more static body muscles. A high quality hour combined with relaxing stretch cooling down.
   
BCT

Basic Core Training. A group class. Static and dynamic muscle strength and balance training for men and women. Most posture and lower back problems occur because off a disbalance in, or no muscle strength off, the stabilising muscles in our body. It isn't abdominal training only building a strong body. In this class we use our body weight to train almost all of our muscles, no jumping no choreography.
