Why do people train their body with fitness machines?
Endurance ( like the stepper, spinner or cross trainer) and
strength ( with weights or air)equipment.
The answer is easy:
- Because most of them have a physical and mental goal in
their minds.
But there are a lot of people, all with different goals and
there are a lot of different ways to get there.
The good thing about it is that all those different ways
have one thing in common: THE SYSTEM of OUR PHYSICAL BODY!
It doesn’t matter if your goal is to recover from an injury,
if you would like to loose some body fats; if you would
like to run a half marathon or if your job requires a good
physical fitness level.
Every body, male or female, young or old, thick or thin, in
or out of shape, they all work with the same principles:
- they all have hearts, lungs, blood, muscles, nerve systems
and brains.
The inside of our body is like a super machine.
It can repair itself when it is partly broken, it can run on
good and bad fuels and it can even upgrade itself!
The question is: do we give it the right information?
(That means) if we would like to have a better aerobically
endurance we have to give our cardio-vascular-respirator
system; our heart, blood and lung system the right info and
the right amount of info.
This also goes for our neuron-muscular system. Too much
weight and you will look like a body builder, too little
weight, sets or repetitions and you are training without any
result.

JUST LIKE YOU WANT TO HAVE THE BEST TEACHER FOR YOUR KID(S) and
THE BEST TECHNICIAN FOR YOUR CAR.
Many people use stationary bikes or steppers to do cardio training, but if they do not know their optimal heart rate zone, they will not necessarily get the maximum out of the training.
Not everybody knows how to use a fitness machine properly and without the right guidance there is a risk of injuries.
If furthermore, they do not know the right levels of weight, sets or repetitions, they will train without a good result.
How can you train to push the limits of your performance, to reach the goal in your mind if you don’t even know what the possibilities of your body are?
Why do sportsmen have balanced training programs, training and rest periods, optimal nutrition and their own trainer?

We offer Cardio Vascular Training:
After an improved endurance capacity test, we can give you an optimal training program to reach your individual goal in the shortest possible time.
For each goal there is an optimum training heart rate, which we are able to test.
Every 10 to 12 weeks the training program has to be renewed by doing a re-test.
This way we can monitor and train your body optimally.
(Our individual and personal training advises are appreciated by more than 4000 people.)
We offer Neuron Muscular Training:
Every training goal needs its own individual and personalised training program.
To know which exercises are the right ones, how much weight you need, how many repetitions of that training movement, how many sets and how long you have to rest in between every set, you need to do a good strength test with a good certified instructor or a personal trainer.
In this way you will obtain an optimal performance without loosing precious time and without getting injuries.
We make Cardio Fitness Circuit Classes
In JazzEx we have special group trainings for those people who really want good results.
They take place in a nice small studio with a good social atmosphere.
The trainer will only train a maximum of 8 clients at the same time and each client will have his or hers own individualised program.
The trainer is a Teacher in physical education 1st degree.
Qualified Personal Trainer ( ACE, AFAA, EFAA).
And member of the medical staff of the Dutch Olympic Youth sportsmen and woman.

Cardio Fitness Class, In a group, working out with a fully personalised health and fitness program. A specialised teacher helping you individually with the cardio and fitness machines. The group starts with an all together warming up and finishes with abdominal exercises and stretching. After one hour you feel the extra energy pumping through your body. To make the personalised fitness program you first come twice individual to test and train for an hour with the instructor. Every 12 to 15 weeks your program is tested on its results and renewed if necessary The group has maximal 10 participants. |

Individual (Cardio-Fitness) Training. If you follow or have followed the classes CFC and you would like to spend some extra time in training on your own. Not in a fixed group. You can. After attending a minimum of 4 group classes CFC. There are some hours especially reserved for individual cardio fitness training. |
